Most videos have a full screen option. Use their menu to toggle back and forth or for some you will just hit the "Esc" (Escape) button on the top left of your keyboard. If you use the "View" option on your browser to expand your viewing screen you will use the "Restore" button in the top right of your screen next to the X to bring your tool bars back.
